Hello!

It's Friday morning at 5:30 and I'm reflecting on the last three days.  If you're here with us at the Summit.  You know the power, focus, inspiration, new commitments, systems and tools you have in place.

We started the summit with intention to BE By Design.  To take total responsibility for our businesses and lives BEING By Design... vs By Default.  And in the process... we declared that it should be SIMPLE, FUN and PROFITABLE! 

Here's a quick recap of few of the major distinctions and lessons we learned along the way! 

1. You've started your vision!  You either have a Vision for your life... or your working to develop and achieve someone else's.  Remember the difference between goals and a vision!

2. You've decided on a target market (niche').  Unique or weak!  Be the Expert!

3. You've made new decisions on the development of your team.  A team ALWAYS out performs an individual!

4. You know you're in the LG business... and have made 7 new commitments regarding building your business.  Old model 5 to 1... the new model is 50 leads to a closed transactions.  Therefore we must fall in love with lead generation and not limit our approach to it!

5. You decided to honor someone... by dedicating the completion of those 7 commitments to them! 

6. You realized we all have a story... and if in the end you're NOT the hero... than it's time for a NEW story!  

7. Remember the 4 addictions that destroy joy, happiness and lasting fulfillment!

I. The addiction to the opinions of other people.

II. The addiction to the past.

III. The addiction to food (not for what it is... energy)

IV. The addiction to drugs and alcohol. 

8. We learned... Do the the thing... have the Power!  Do NOT the thing... have NOT the power.  What give's your business and life the Slight Edge!

9. We learned the 7 critical elements of a direct response campaign from Jennifer.

10. Ramin shared with us... How to create a $10,000,000 net worth in 14 years (2 real estate cycles) and the email of his formula will be sent early next week.

and now it's rock the house and cement in the right mental toughness and phsycology with Tony Robbins.  Should be another extraordinary day!
