Last week all 24 clients lived up to their daily commitment so no one was "booted out". Week one was easy as we focused on contacting our past clients and centers of influence. The goal was to get commitments fromt them to remember us when they here of someone buying or selling.
Each client brought to the call an objection they received and we handled it "on the spot". This gave them the opportunity to hear not only what to say but how to say it.
This week we are adding expired listings to our calls. A little tougher but appointments are being set.
Stay tuned to see who is "booted out" this week. Hopefully no one but this is a no excuses program.
