In November and December of 2007, I ran a no excuses Boot Camp for a group of Tom Ferry agents who had not had a sale or taken a listing in 90 days. The results were phenomenal!

Over a 5 week period the group of 16 made 1285 contacts, set 200 appointments, 13 listings taken and 11 sales made. What does this mean? It means that for every 6.4 contacts made they set 1 appointment. For ever 53 contacts they either took a listing or made a sale.

Prior to this the original group of 22 averaged 7.7 listings taken or sales made per month and those who stayed in Boot Camp did 24 deals in 1 month.

This program of extreme accountability consists of -

A weekly group call for 30 minutes. After which you will be required to do lead generation for 1 hour and then we will get back together for another 30 minutes to review our progress and to discuss something specific that will help you increase your business.

You will talk with your accountability partner daily and text me when you have completed your calls with how many contacts you made as well as any appointments you set.

The 24 agents who started this program (at no additional cost to them) had exciting results in week 1. They made 795 contacts and set 106 appointments. This is 1 appointment set for every 7.5 contacts made.
