It depends on which Coaching Membership you have. If you are in Power Coaching you will receive two personalized coaching calls per month. If you are in Elite Coaching you will receive four personalized coaching calls per month. Do I have to pay for the seminars if I am a coaching member? By being an active coaching member you will have access to all seminars and trainings at 50% off the ticket price, including: Power Strategies Workshops. How soon before I will see the benefits of coaching? You and your coach will be implementing systems and skills immediately. When you start your relationship with your coach it is important to share with him or her exactly what results you are looking for. For example, if you need to be on a schedule more, your coach will help you implement a Daily Accountability Checklist that will keep you on track. How do I get matched with a coach? TomFerry-yourcoach™ uses the four-page assessment you fill out and your initial meeting with us to determine who would make your best first coach. What will the coach cover on our coaching calls? Your personalized coaching calls will be directed by you. By using the assessment you fill out when you join coaching, your coach will be able to customize your coaching program. If your goal is to work on immediate business, your coach will focus on the skills, systems, scripts and mindset needed in order for you to reach your goals. How long are my coaching calls? Both Power and Elite Ccoaching calls are 30 minutes long. How often do you have seminars? Your annual membership entitles you to six FREE seminars per year. Four times per year you will have access to the Power Strategies Workshops. Your membership also includes admission to 1- TAG. seminar per year. The Success Summit is our annual national event. How long are the seminars? The Power Strategies Workshops are a one- or two-day event and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The current TAG seminar is a 3 or 4-day event and the hours are from 9:00 am to 1:00pm. The Success Summit is a 4-day event. Times are always subject to change for every event. How do I change my website password? All you need to do is call our Customer Care Department for immediate assistance. Can I change coaches? Yes, however before we can transfer you to a different coach, we want to ensure that the communication between you and your coach is good. Sometimes a client may want to take their coaching in a different direction without sharing that with their coach. We want to ensure that your membership exceeds your expectations. If the partnership with your coach is as optimal as it should be, we will place you with another coach. How long is the coaching contract? Your coaching membership is for one year. How long before I can upgrade to Elite Coaching? You can upgrade to Elite Coaching at any time. Instead of receiving two calls per month, you and your coach will work together on your goals four times per month. By doing so, the TomFerry boost for your business will come at a more rapid pace. Who do I call if I know of someone that would like to join your coaching program? A large part of real estate agents' business comes from repeat and referral and like agents; many of our coaching clients are referred to us by our current members. We want to acknowledge and thank the referring members by giving a $100.00 referral fee for every person that is sent to us and signs up for coaching. We will take the $100.00 off the member's next payment. How do I find a role play partner? Your coach will share with you their database of coaching clients as well as other coaches' databases in order to find the right group of people for you to role play with. What are the Mastermind Meetings about? Four times per year Tom Ferry hosts a Mastermind Meeting, which is exclusive to our Elite Coaching clients.
