Lead generation specialties: Building referral relationships with Realtors, sales systems for clients, follow up systems for COI / P/C for more referrals! Biggest career mistake: Trying to re-invent the wheel on my own. Grinding out my schedule without revisiting what was working and what was not. Never realizing I was the anchor to my own business holding myself back. Biggest career leap: 2005 when I defined what I really wanted and created the mindset around my goals, who I needed to be in order to attract and have my perfect business. Along with the mindset having the confidence presenting to anyone who could assist me in growing my business. Having commitment to my goals and to myself! Surrounding myself with powerful, successful, and inspiring people. Personal info: I am passionate about my career and where it is going over the next 10 years. I love my family! My wife Pam, two daughters Kaila and Leila, and chocolate Labrador Dotty. In the winter I hunt waterfowl and upland birds, snowboard all over the Pacific North West, and run/train for my first marathon! I love to wake board and be out on the boat with my family & friends. I have focused intensely on my personal growth and mindset surrounding myself with incredible people like Thach Nguyen who are pushing me to the next levels in life and business! Quote: “Opportunities are in people” I see this day as a positive new beginning. It’s never too late to have a new beginning. Today and tomorrow can be very different from yesterday if you can let yesterday go and focus on today. Today and tomorrow are about your NOW vibration, and you have complete control over that. Look for things to feel good about, and watch how everything in your life will unfold to reflect that good – feeling vibration.” Abraham Hicks
