I have been in real estate my entire life....my parents purchased and operated one of the first Century 21 franchises...needless to say...it's in my blood.  I officially entered real estate in 1999 when I resided in Michigan, during which time, I was being coached.  As a result of my coaching, I was encouraged to follow my dream and move away from that beautiful, very cold state....I landed in San Diego.  I honestly don't believe I would have successfully accomplished what I have, had I not been in coaching.  This is one of the primary reasons I decided to become a coach....coaching facilitated the path to my dreams.

I had initially moved to Michigan from the East coast to attend Michigan State University; where I completed a Masters in counseling. Upon graduation, and a brief stint as a "weather girl" I spent the next 15 years in radio...both in sales and as V.P.-General Manager of a classical radio station.
 
I have two sons....Jeremy, who works with me, and Josh, who works at TomFerry-yourcoach (Josh and I worked with one another in real estate for 6 years prior).
 
I believe in the importance of being coached and love working along side my clients to create their success as well.
 
Greatest lesson...."take the emotion out of the deal".....
Breakdown lesson....just keep working and forget about what "kind of market" it is....take a bigger piece of the smaller pie!

Breakthrough lesson:  I can. It's possible. I'm responsible...If you have to doubt something...doubt your limits!!!
