BIGGEST CAREER LEAP: When I implemented a contact management system that allowed me to keep in touch with all my clients/past clients and maintain a consistent schedule.
 
PERSONAL INFO: When I first started coaching, it was very difficult to change.  When I actually started to put the things that I learned into play, I tripled my business and cut my time in half. Time, to me, is so important.  I have been married for 18 years and have 2 awesome daughters, Rachelle, 14 and Chrystina 9.  What I have learned over the years has made my life a better place.  Everything that I do is based around how much it will give back to me and my family.
