Personal info: Deb was recognized locally and statewide as the top realtor associate as well as national recognition from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) for her work supporting private property rights. She has been a GRI, CRS through NAR and a MIRM through the National Association of Homebuilders and was recognised as the top realtor in her city for over 10 years. Deb created an exit strategy and successfully sold her real estate practice in 2004 in order to focus full time on speaking, training and coaching. Deb has been coaching for the last 9 years, specializing in new agents, successful team building, lead generation, simplifying systems, goal setting and business planning, mindset and motivation. Debbie spends part of her time speaking to real estate offices, mortgage companies, banks, real estate associations and boards, The National Association of Homebuilders, and others on sales techniques, mindset, accountability, team building, and exit strategies for the tenured agent, lead generation systems and many other topics. Currently Deb is finishing a book on sales coaching and in her free time, Deb enjoys horseback riding and training, golf, traveling and spending time with her family.
