Biggest career mistake: Not staying in touch with my past clients for the first 8 years  in business. The list was challenging to re-create.
 
Biggest career leap: When I followed my schedule daily and read my business plan each morning before I started work.
 
Personal info: Carol successfully sold her real estate book of business at the end of 2004 and has created a great passive stream of income. The past five years she was in business she was selling approx. 90 homes a year working 43 hours a week. Carol was raised in So. California and now lives in Burlington, Vt. With her husband Bill.  She believes in coaching and knows that is why she made quantum leaps in production. My goal as a coach is to empower the clients I coach to reach their goals and live a balanced life. Carol volunteers as a guardian ad item to help children in need and direct them through their adoption process. She has been involved with the Ronald McDonald House for 22 years, and she and her husband support the Parkinson Hill Scholarship program for children in the area.
