First, spending $1,000 per month keeps you motivated!!! What’s more, just one escrow will pay for the entire year of coaching, so it’s absolutely worth it!
Second, the accountability is what I believe motivates me the most. That is, the daily accountability of emails to my coach and the weekly accountability during our calls. My coach also has fantastic ideas that I work to incorporate into my business. I also appreciate my coach working with me to keep track of my goals...and help me to meet those goals.
I also realize that as my coach gets to know me, she really learns about my personality, work style, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Having someone really know you...and then having that person point out your strengths and weaknesses, where you should focus, etc., is a tremendous advantage - my friends and family can't help me in this regard...as they don't know the "business me."
I'm also grateful for the motivational Monday's, Skill Building Calls, scripts and other useful information as I think you can never stop learning and can always use new tricks and tips and refreshers.
